Shipping, Satisfaction, Payment, & Return Policies

Shipping:
All orders outside the continental US or Canada require additional shipping. Please call 877-289-1557 for information. We generally use FED-X Ground and USPS Priority Mail for shipment (delivery
will typically take 5-7 days from date of shipment). Shipping charges for each item are shown unless shipping is included.
During heavy parcel delivery seasons (e.g., Christmas), we cannot guarantee delivery of any order placed within 10 days of the desired delivery date. We will make every effort to obtain timely delivery of your order.
All shipping costs are based on continental USA destinations. Shipping charges for other destinations incur additional fees to those posted. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipment.
Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping
address. Your telephone number is helpful in the unlikely event there
is any problem with your order.
Normally we do not anticipate any delays in shipment. However, availability of some items is limited and varies seasonally. In the unlikely event that our stock is insufficient to fill your order within normal delivery times, you will be notified by e-mail or phone with a revised delivery date.

Satisfaction:
It is our policy to guarantee your satisfaction with any items
purchased through our web site or your payment will be promptly refunded upon
satisfactory return of items in accordance with our
return policy described below. You have
30 days from the date your shipment is received to notify us of any item(s)
to be returned.

Payment:
We accept credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). You can
use our toll-free voice mail, (877) 289-1557, or use our secure online credit card shopping process.
Mail order payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), personal or business check, credit card check,
certified check, or money order payable to "GolfAce Accessories."

Non-US orders must pay in US funds via international money
order. Call for instructions.

Shipment is normally be made within five business days of receipt of payment. However, allow 10 days to two weeks for all deliveries. Shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons. Allow 2-3 weeks if paying by personal or business check. If faster service is required, call us at (877) 289-1557.
Mail or phone order items are not shipped until payment has been received or credit card verified.
Note to International Buyers: Payment must be made using an
International Money Order payable in U.S. Dollars. Additional shipping charges will apply. We will notify you of shipping charges for your area upon receipt of your order.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with any item, please follow return instructions below:
- A return authorization number (RAN) must be obtained from customer service before returning any merchandise,
- Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of return authorization date,
- Defective items must be clearly marked as to nature of defect,
- Non-defective merchandise returned must be unused and is subject to a 15% (fifteen percent) restock charge (a minimum restock charge of $10.00 will apply),
- Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only,
- We reserve the right to determine whether or not defective merchandise is to be repaired or replaced,
- Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident,
- Customer is responsible for insured freight charges on all returned items, unless a shipping error (e.g., item damaged during shipment) is the reason for the return,
- All shipping must be insured by customer,
- All returns must be pre-approved by customer service,
Remember, no returned item will be accepted without a return authorization number.
